Not yet registered for the Member Portal?
You can register for the Member Portal in four simple steps.
To start the registration process visit member.thepensionsplatform.co.uk/Registration_1.
Then simply select the ‘Click here to register’ option.
Step 1
Read and confirm acceptance of the Terms of the Portal Site Access.
Step 2
Input your:

- Membership Reference
- Surname
- Date of birth and
- National Insurance number
Don’t know your membership number?
You can find this at the top of any written correspondence you have received from us. Note, your Member Reference will also be your username for logging into the Member Portal so you should make sure you keep easy access to this.
Alternatively you can use the Member Reference Reminder form and we’ll send it to you.
If any of the information you enter does not match a record we hold about you, you will be notified when you select ‘continue’. Please carefully check the information you have entered and try again. If you believe the information is correct but are unable to register, please contact the member helpline on 0330 053 4342. Our helpline is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Step 3
Confirm your details are correct. If your details are not correct, use the ‘Contact Us’ link to let us know your correct details. Once we have updated your record, you will be able to register for the Member Portal.
Step 4
Input your mobile phone number and your email address – you will receive an email with your temporary password, this will be sent from: memberportal@thepensionsplatform.co.uk (if you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder).
Login
You can then login. Enter your username (member reference number) and temporary password.
You will then receive a six-digit verification code via text message. Please enter this code once prompted (each time you login a temporary code will be sent via text to your mobile phone).
You will then be asked to reset your password.
You will now be logged in to your pension record on the Member Portal.
