Stay in control and up-to-date by using our secure Member Portal, making managing your pension simpler and more efficient.

You can use the secure Member Portal to…

 

  • View your pension account information including it’s current value.
  • View the details we hold about you and make sure your records are correct.
  • Nominate beneficiaries to ensure your pension benefits are directed as you wish.
  • Update your contact details, including email, telephone, and address.
  • Track the progress of any requests you’ve made through the portal seamlessly.
  • Access to documents such as scheme booklets and newsletters.

You can also use the portal to…

 

  • Use the live retirement calculator then, when you are thinking of retiring request a formal retirement quote.
  • Use the live transfer value illustration tool then, if you are thinking of transferring out, request a formal transfer quote (note: you can request one formal quote per year. Additional requests will incur a fee.).
